ROHM AND HAAS NAMES
FESTA DIRECTOR OF LATIN
AMERICAN REGION
Carlos A. Festa has been named director
of Rohm and Haas’ Latin American
region, succeeding Luis Fernandez
who has taken responsibility for the
company’s global plastics business.
Festa, who has also been appointed
to the company’s leadership council,
joined Rohm and Haas in 1986 and
was most recently general manager
for the architectural and functional
coatings business in the Latin
American region.
